As a regulated provider, Vantera needed SAML, SCIM and an audit trail before clinical teams could adopt anything new. Their previous tool put identity behind a higher tier, which turned every rollout into a procurement negotiation.
The approach
Identity was configured against the existing provider on day one. SCIM handled provisioning for 610 people, so nobody created a password, and device posture was enforced through EMM before any session opened.
