Keyboard shortcuts and search operators
Everything here is a real binding in the product, not a convention. The full list lives in Settings → Keyboard shortcuts.
The two that matter most

Scoping a search
The palette searches everything by default. Two prefixes narrow it:
@— people#— channels
Opening the palette without typing shows Jump back: the channels you were last in, each labelled with the section it belongs to, so a channel with a short name is still identifiable.
Going straight to a section
Press G, release it, then the second key.
