• Can we change plan mid-term?Yes, up or down at any point. Changes are prorated against what you have already paid.
• Do you charge for guests?No. Clients and external collaborators you invite to a thread are not billed as seats.
• Is our data used to train a model?Never, on any plan. Your workspace is context for answers, not training data.
• Is the AI an add-on?No. The AI layer is included on every plan. The larger plans add governance, not intelligence.
• Is there a trial?There is a 14-day trial of the paid tiers. Huub is currently in private beta, so access is granted per request.
• Is there really no message history limit on the free plan?Correct. The free plan caps the number of people, not the history. Nothing ages out.
• What does annual billing save?20% against monthly. Prices are shown per user per month, excluding VAT.
• What makes a workspace Enterprise?Regulated requirements: EMM device management, native DLP, dedicated tenancy, audit export and an SLA.
• When do we need Business rather than Team?When you need external client messaging, AI workflow generation, daily recaps, or SAML and SCIM.
